Opening Night: The Spanking Booth
It's not often that I can post something that is both on topic and unlike anything that has appeared at MBS before. Today, however, is just such a day.
It is my pleasure to introduce a new, original one-act play entitled The Spanking Booth.
I hope you enjoy it!

Bonnie, you can't see me, but I'm giving you a standing ovation.
BRAVO!!!
Hugs,
Hermione
Very nice, indeed! None of our country fairs were ever like this... :-)
You are on such a roll this week, Bonnie! I'd be happy to trade deep-fried Snickers bars and fried Pepsi for a spanking booth any time...And if there are any dommes out there, maybe the rodeo clowns would be good targets?
Bonnie, a great story, you know I've been to a lot of fairs in my life, I've searched high and low never found a booth like that, shame!!!
Thanks muchly.
Warm hugs,
Paul.
bonnie, wonderful play. now where do i sign up to volunteer for this booth.
This would make our County Fair famous. This would be a sure hit on Broadway.
*hugs and grins*
Very neat idea, bonnie! :)
BIG HUGS

Excellent story! Will there be a part 2 possibly? Please? Pretty please with a spanking on top? hehe
~D~
When is the opening night , and who is the leading lady ? Surely there is only one bottom which will fill the bill to perfection. D & S.
Bonnie,
My son is the actor in the family but this is one play I would like to be cast in!
Hugs,
PK
Hermione - Thank you. Here's my best curtsy.
Terpsichore - Thanks. The only fair I know with a real spanking booth happens on Folsom Street in San Francisco. For Middle America, we'd have to go with a more family friendly presentation.
Indiana - Thank you. Everyone loves a happy clown!
Paul - Shame indeed. It would be such fun.
Jam - Thank you. I think every county fair needs a charity spanking booth.
David - Thanks. Broadway is always searching for something different. But it would have to run a whole lot longer.
Padme - Thank you! I'm delighted that you like it.
D - I don't really have any plans to expand this story, but I suppose you never know. The challenge in writing a sequel is getting back into that particular head space. For example, readers ask me from time to time if I will write a sequel for The Sphere or Reunion. Those stories each take place within a carefully constructed world. I could go back there, but it would take a lot of time and effort. Most MBS readers don't want me to disappear for a week or so just to create some new fiction.
D & S - Karen is actually a composite of several strong women I've known. I don't know if I'm the ideal actress for that role, but I definitely respect her character.
PK - I think you'd be great as Karen!
