19 Foods to Give You a Bigger Butt

No kidding. Apparently, that's how it's done. I had no idea. All these years I thought my generous assets were attributable to genetics. But it's really food.

Who knew?

For those keeping score, the bountiful booty displayed above is not mine

Those foods are all healthy, and tend to reappear in most lists of foods that do this or that. If you want to avoid having a bigger butt you can't just eliminate them all. But it's a clever idea.

Roz - I think the premise of this article is preposterous. It's clickbait. Whoever published it invented a surprising assertion in hopes of luring people to a page containing ads for which they get paid. I imagine if we search the internet, we can find a different version of the same article listing foods that help with weight loss or protect your heart or whatever.

I shared it because I think it's silly and oddly on-topic. :)

Hermione - I developed a middle age spread at the age of twelve. I remember discovering on the first day of school that my gym uniform no longer fit right. I ate kid foods of the day, few of which made the list.

I still believe the answer is metabolic. When I gain weight, it always appears in my bottom, hips, and thighs. When I lose weight, it comes from everywhere else. For me, a big butt is just part of the package regardless of what I eat.

Anon - Click on the word, "food."
