Recap: MBS Sunday Brunch for Aug 21

Our question of the week concerned brunchers' “next big thing” in terms of spanking. These could be plans, dreams, or curiosities. Here are your thoughts.

S.N.M.: I'm a switch, but I've only ever managed to find submissive women. I've spanked a few times over the years, but I was beginning to despair of ever finding the elusive heterosexual domme and getting to indulge my submissive side.

However, I recently started dating an absolutely wonderful young woman who is downright eager to tie me up, spank me, and do other naughty things to me while I'm helpless. We're supposed to have our first real spanking session this afternoon.

Six of the Best: How about a political role play matching Sarah Palin and Michele Bachmann? Whoever makes the most gaffes during this political season is given 'six of the best' with a cane on her bare bottom by the President.

Hermione: Recently, I bought two new wooden implements. I'm giving Ron one for his birthday and one for our anniversary. I'm anxious to see what he thinks and I'm looking forward to feeling them (I think).

I would also like to try a cane, so that's something I'm looking into purchasing in the not too distant future.

Daisy: I would love to try a leather implement, maybe a leather paddle. The only leather implement I have ever been spanked with is his belt, which I love. So I would really like to try something else in leather next time I go out.

Poured Out: I think Sir would love to do the political role play that Six of the Best suggests. I don't think I would be successful at that role play though. But that might earn me my first spanking for being a bad girl. Right now, I'm just a good girl who gets spanked. A LOT!

Lea: I haven't purchased any new implements, but a fearful fascination with the cane is always at the back of my mind. The next big thing I'm waiting for is heading on a vacation to a spanking weekend in under a month!

Jean Marie: I want to have my limits tested. Our sessions are "too consensual" if you know what I mean. Just once, I don't want it to be nice and giggly and controlled. I want my boyfriend to tell me that there's no safeword as he roughly puts me over his knee and bares me and punishes me hard and long. Red: We live near Albuquerque, New Mexico. Sandia Peak is the highest point in the area at about 10,700 feet. This is at least a mile higher than the city. My goal is to be spanked at the top of the mountain overlooking the city below. Being in a public park this may be difficult, but it may be possible during winter.

My plan is to go to the top of the mountain on a day unlikely to have many visitors (previous New Year's Days have been reasonably private). Have a toy available. Provide the obvious invitation to my mistress if it is possible.

Gracie: As I've mentioned in my blog, I get giddy when I find marks, so I'm going to have to go with harder spankings. We're pretty frugal, so we tend to use whatever is lying around. So far, that's been okay. I'd like to get my hands on some traditional tools eventually, but for now, I'm sticking with working up to awesome marks.

Our Bottoms Burn: Our spanking life has always evolved slowly. Only a few years back, Bacall started to favor wood over leather. This summer, she has become paddle proof, taunting me with words like, “Is that all you have?”

We have started to play in more rooms. For instance, she likes to kneel in the window seat, look out and feel the burn in her bottom.

Ronnie: I'm considering buying a wooden paddle with holes. Wood is not a real favourite of mine, but I've always wanted to try a paddle with holes.

Taken In Hand: I just made my wife what can only be described as the yard stick from hell, and honestly, I don't know what I was thinking.

It's made from a very nice piece of maple that I had laying around. It was brought down to 3/8" thick, and the business end is cut to 25" long by 1.5" wide. It also has a nicely shaped 7" handle that fits the contour of my wife's hand just right. It's finished with a very thick glossy poly finish. If it looks as good as it spanks, my butt is in for a major roasting very soon.

Scunge: I would love to try a TRUE English caning.

Nick: How about a doubled up belt while I bend over the side of the bed with my pants down?

Anon: I've only been spanked by hand. I think I want to move on to leather, a belt maybe, or a crop. But as much as I say that, it scares me. I like to get red, but I don't think I want to be bruised (and I'm a little afraid that I'll like it too much).

MarQe: Scarlot does not know it yet, but she will be put into the wheelbarrow position and paddled soundly!

A'Marie: I want to be more adventurous with implements. So that's definitely my next step. And with a bit of trepidation, I want to try a cane because I want to know what all the fuss is about. ;)

Hermione - Be careful what you wish for. The cane hurts. Let me know what you think when you have tried it. It's been a while since he used it and now I'm scared to death again.

I also want to be restrained during a spanking. We may be looking into trying that soon.

Prefectdt: One thing that I have never tried and always wanted to, is a birch type bundle made from the newly grown stems of Cornus alba (Siberian dog wood). I hope that that is the next thing on the agenda.

Bonnie: I've talked for years about wanting a real spanking bench, but we've never gotten one. That's still tops on my list.
