Hi Bonnie,
The feelings of love, friendship and being part of a vibrant community were very much evident on LOL day. No wonder it was the best yet. Most of us look forward to it as a day when we can connect with more of our readers.
You shouldn't have any regrets about what you couldn't accomplish. Your special gift to each and every blogger who participated was adding his or her blog to your participants list. Without it we wouldn't have received the number of comments that we all did.
I can't wait for next year!

Bonnie, it would take you days!!! to manage to get through everybody and comment individually lol! I know I found it time consuming enough to go through my fairly short blog list to leave comments and then I found myself wanting to read others comments on those blogs too! :)

Bonnie, I was just working on responding to all of my many comments this morning. Yes, the day was a great success, and I so appreciate your efforts to bring this community together in friendship!
I reconnected with bloggers where I read and lurk, and had other old-time bloggers do the same with me. And the new de-lurkers...well those are always the best!

Ms Bonnie... I have to tell you how much LOL meant to me. Last Thursday S was having surgery... I took my laptop with me and while I was waiting for him to come out, I was not only enjoying visiting my peeps that I enjoy visiting, but also responding to comments on my blog. The stress was relieved by all the friends that you have helped me to meet!!

I had no idea it would be so much fun! I loved meeting decloaking lurkers and the new people who visited me, but I also had such a lovely time discovering new blogs - and have a list of reading to do.

Thanks for putting togther the LoL day, I never would have commented on other blogs if I had not been encouraged to do so by LoL day. I found out it was not a scary thing to comment on other blogs and I am looking forward to leaving more comments in the future.

It was wonderful Bonnie. A blaze of glory. Thanks for masterminding it. Though I do wonder if more delurks, posts and fun would happen if LOL Day fell on a weekend day. No doubt this has been considered before but then I am fairly new to spankbloggin' and don't know the history...
