A Reflection of the Times

I sure hope this blog doesn't seem as tired as I feel today. I dislike not blogging, but I dislike blogging about nothing even more. So tonight, I'm just going to split the difference.

There's a whole lot going on in real life right now. I won't bore you with the details, but during the past week, I've done more driving than I usually do in a month.

As I related in my brunch answer, Randy and I had a fun evening on Saturday at a vanilla Halloween party. The after-party, of course, was better still. I really need those sessions sometimes to restore my emotional balance.

I considered recording the evening in the form of a full blown account, but I still haven't finished the birthday story, or a new Spanking 101, or a couple of other projects that I think you'll see eventually. I have no shortage of inspiration or material. It just seems as though every time I sit down to write, I get sleepy and abandon the effort before I get too far.

Please bear with me, dear reader. The current inconvenience shouldn't last too much longer, and hopefully, that means that I will again be able to post more regularly. Until then, I remain grateful for your kind words and friendly clicks!

Hey Bonnie, we all know that life happens! Whatever the issues are, I wish you the best, and hope things settle down soon so that your can have time for MBS!

We hear you about feeling behind in writing projects. We have sooo many things we want to do, but finding the time is always a challenge. So, we do understand... and feel you deserve no more than a good girl spanking for taking a moment to catch your breath.

Bonnie, I hope things settle down for you soon. Take as long a break as you need-- we'll still be here when you get back! If anyone deserves a break, it's you.

Believe me! I understand about being WAY Behind, and too tired to do anything when I sit down in the evening. I hope that all that driving ends for you soon and that everything is ok!

We still love you Bonnie and understand how life just gets us all caught up at times. It is those precious moments in life that give you the inspiration too.

Bonnie,
I hope things settle for you soon! And don't worry you couldn't get rid of us with a big stick, well of course you couldn't get rid of US with a big stick.

Hugs,

Bonnie dear girl, take your time, real life happens, as PK says, you'll not lose your regulars.
Take the time you need to rest and sort your life and come back refreshed, this can be a tiring time of year.
Warm hugs,
Paul.

We love you and understand perfectly. Life happens! You've been such a faithful poster, it's understandable that you'd need a little time away for other things.
Tired? Tell me about it! VBG

I can't wait to read your new stories, which I'm sure you'll get around to when you are rested and refreshed.

Hugs,
Hermione

Bonnie
As you can see from the comments, there are plenty of people who care about you and will wait for as long as you need us to.

Good luck!!!

What better place to find people who know all about needing to restore your emotional balance?

Besides that, some days, or some weeks, or some months, life just gets busy... and we'll still be here.

You are the very best hostess, Bonnie. We guests are content to sit here patiently, in the knowledge that whatever eventually arrives on the table will be well worth the wait.

You are always, always worth the wait.

Don't fret about us Bonnie, we know what it's like when there is too much to do and not enough hours in the day.
Somehow even the things we want to do don't get done.

Your posts are much appreciated

Hi Bonnie: Do take a rest now and then... so many ideas, but so many other things to do in life also...I have mostly given up reading other blogs except yours, so that I do not spend too much timeat the computer, and more time living life...

Oh, Bonnie,
Thinking of you - hang in there! Same situation here. Life is so crazy here, also temporary and completely unavoidable, that today is my birthday and we had to postpone it until next week! We'll see you back here when you have time - remember : friends wait for friends.
