Roz - Yes, those are some of my questions, along with what do they get if they win (double spankings?). Or do men ever get spanked as well? I'd love to know.
What a pleasant surprise to find this video on your site, especially since I understand the language! It's not Japanese, it's Chinese, Cantonese to be specific, this was a Hong Kong TV programme. It only ran for 13 episodes back in 2009, I was a kid back then, wish I'd known about this programme back then!
